Where are you? Are you a real store?
Captain’s is a real, 6300 square foot, walk-in retail store, at 2500 15th Ave. W. in Seattle, WA 98119, where browsers are welcome, and questions are gladly answered. We are not a digital entity contracting with a “fulfillment vendor” and a “call center.” Real people answer the phone, the first time, during business hours of 8AM to 5:30PM weekdays, and 9AM to 5PM Saturdays, Pacific Time. The store is closed Sundays and major U.S. holidays, but the web site is always open. You don’t get an automated attendant or voice messaging. After hours you get a simple answering machine, and can leave a message if you like.
