Yes, all NOAA charts in US waters are available in print-on-demand (POD) except for a few small craft chart folios that are only available as government-lithographed charts.  NGA (formerly Defence Mapping Agency) charts (covering mostly waters outside the US) are only available as lithographed charts or photo-reproductions of same. There is no updating service for NGA charts except to get summaries of corrections per chart number on the NGA web site, and make the corrections yourself.  British Admiralty charts are only available as lithogrpahed charts, but we are required to hand-correct each Admiralty chart up to date before it is delivered to a customer.  Canadian charts are generally printed in a print-on-demand process by the Canadian Government in Ottawa so that the charts they ship to agents like Captains are corrected to the ship date, but they do not make print-on-demand available to chart agents like Captain's to be able to print on the agent's premises.  Summaries of corrections for Canadian Hydrographic Service (CHS), and British Admiralty (United Kingdom Hydrographic Office) charts are also available on line on the respective agency web sites. We stock the entire Canadian chart suite for the Pacific Coast of Canada, but if you want updated, print on demand charts, we can special order your list of charts from the Canadian Government, and they will be up to date as of the date shipped from Canada.  Allow two weeks for these special orders.
There is no extra charge for US, Canadian, or British Admiralty special orders, but if you wanted expedited shipment of special order US NOAA or NGA charts there is a $6.00 expediting fee to pay for premium shipping to Seattle, and delivery to our store in two or three days.  We can also order for you Canadian charts for areas we do not stock such as the Arctic, Atlantic Coast, or Great Lakes.
