A complete 40-flag set consists of 26 rectangular flags representing each letter of the alphabet, 10 pennants representing numbers 1 - 9 and zero, and 3 substitute penants, and an answering pennant. Captain's stocks all 40 flags in "open stock" (can be ordered individually) is sizes 3 and 14. Captains also can supply complete 40-flag sets with flag bag in the sizes listed in this section.
